Welcome to Sidelined — a platform for expression, connection, and community. By accessing or using the Sidelined mobile application, website, or other services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Sidelined, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", “Sidelined” or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use Sidelined. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate our Terms or Community Guidelines.

• Promote the platform, including your content, in advertisements and media.

You retain ownership of your content, but you're responsible for:

• Having the rights to upload, share, or distribute it;
• Ensuring it does not infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported by users.

3.2 Comments and Interactions

By posting comments or messages on Sidelined:

• You agree to engage respectfully;
• You will not post offensive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful material;
• You acknowledge that comments may be moderated or removed.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive behavior.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automation to post or interact;
• Share spam, malicious links, or misleading information;
• Interfere with the normal functioning of the Service.

We encourage users to report inappropriate content. Our moderation team may remove posts, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts.

5. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Sidelined may display advertisements, promotions, or sponsored content alongside or within your content. You agree that:

• Ads may be shown based on your profile, behavior, or interactions;
• We may use your public profile or content to promote the Service.

You will not be compensated for these placements unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

5.2 Creator Monetization (if applicable)

If you participate in ad revenue programs:

• You must comply with additional terms outlined in our Monetization Policy;
• You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes;
• Fraudulent behavior, including click fraud or engagement manipulation, will result in suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the platform — logos, software, branding, layout — is owned by Sidelined or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Privacy

8. Account Termination

At Sidelined, we strive to build a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where everyone can express themselves, discover new content, and connect with others. These Community Guidelines outline the standards that apply to everyone using the platform.

 1. Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or promote content that contains:

• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual      orientation, religion, or disability.
• Violence or threats, including glorification of harm or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material, including nudity and adult content.
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation, including personal attacks and targeted abuse.
• Illegal activities such as drug use, theft, or weapons-related content.
• Graphic or shocking content, including gore or animal cruelty.

 2. Respectful Behavior

We expect all users to:

• Treat others with respect and dignity;
• Refrain from spamming, trolling, or flooding comment sections;
• Avoid impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations.

Help us maintain a safe space:

• Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent bans.
